Zagara Royal

A festive and highly elegant drink, perfect to offer to your "Gourmet Network". This twist on the French 75 enhances the depth of the orange nectar and the dreamlike note of the zagara extract of your liqueur, creating a sparkling toast of absolute prestige.
Ingredients
- 35 ml of Speciale Orange Liqueur
- 15 ml of fresh lemon juice
- Top (about 60-90 ml) of well-chilled Metodo Classico sparkling wine (or a well-structured Champagne)
- Ice
Preparation
- In a shaker, combine the Speciale Orange Liqueur and the fresh lemon juice.
- Add ice and shake briefly (about 6-8 seconds) just to chill and perfectly bind the sweet alcoholic part with the acidity of the lemon.
- Strain the liquid into an elegant flute or a Champagne coupe.
- Gently top off the glass to the brim with the well-chilled bubbles.
- Stir with a very slow bottom-to-top motion using a bar spoon, so as not to dissipate the effervescence.
Garnish
A small edible flower to recall the delicacy of the zagara, or a long and thin curl of blonde orange peel.
